Tapes are done, they sound great, you can buy them here for $6 ppd. Or from from Stay Punk Tapes or Thrillhouse Records. I'd imagine that a bunch of the bands will have them at shows and that they'll be in distros soon or like everything else, they'll be on some blog in a matter of days.

WINTER 2013
By Any Means tape compilation (FIC-0.007) is coming soon. A split release with Stay Punk Tapes and Thrillhouse Records featuring 21 current Bay Area Bands. Some previously released stuff from demos and records and some unreleased, all pretty amazing. The comp features:

NEON PISS, SOURPATCH, SYNTHETIC ID, STREET EATERS, COMADRE, NO STATIK, APOGEE SOUND CLUB, INDEX, TRUE MUTANTS, HUNTING PARTY, VIOLENT CHANGE, PERMANENT RUIN, C'EST DOMMAGE, COLD CIRCUITS, SAINT LORENA, DAIKON, REPLICA, ENDEMICS, NEW FLESH, HUFF STUFF MAGAZINE and NASTY CHRISTMAS. The crazy part is that this is only a small slice of what is going on in the Bay Area right now. Should be done in mid-February.

There has also been some demand for digital copies of the DAIKON record, so we've made it available for digital download on the Bandcamp site for a very reasonable $5. If you buy the record and must have a digital copy as well, let us know and we'll work something out.

APOGEE SOUND CLUB is playing a bunch of shows in the next couple months so check out the shows section. Reviews of the 7" are also still coming in, including a pretty good one from Razorcake that you can check out here.

Lastly, We now have the TRUE MUTANTS/FRIZZ split 7" for sale in the records section. Well received by Maximum Rock'n Roll and people in general. Both bands have gotten comparisons to Sonic Youth but in very different ways. Check out one of the TRUE MUTANTS songs here and the FRIZZ stuff here.

December News
So many good things are happening here at Fullyintercoastal. The Daikon record is here and ready to ship. It sounds and looks great. Secondly, there is a new cassette compilation (FIC 0.006) with songs by c'est dommage, Daikon, Apogee Sound Club, Fantastic Figures, Rad Cloud and The C'mel, none of which appear on any of the records.

You can order the tape through the website, it's only $1 when you order any records or $4 (shipping included) all by itself. The whole thing can also be downloaded for free from the new Fullyintercoastal bandcamp page. We've put most FIC releases up there for streaming of the full records so if you like to check things out before you buy, here's your chance. As of now you can listen to the Daikon LP, Apogee Sound Club EP, Rad Cloud EP, Fullyintercoastal tape, Fantastic Figures tape and the last Pine Away tape. Lastly, we're looking forward to the Daikon record release show on Sunday, January 27th, more details soon.

Daikon LP
Daikon's "Complaining Songs" LP is on it's way. Test pressings approved, records being shipped. In the works for more than three years, this is totally worth the wait. Eight pop songs that are too cathcy to be described. Check out the radio to hear "Los Gatos" from the new record or visit

Apogee Record Release Show
Saturday, July 7th at Thrillhouse Records in San Francisco we will be having the record release show for the Apogee Sound Club - Belligerent 7". $5 will get you four great bands and a copy of the record. If you can't make it, the record can now be ordered on the website and will start to ship out on Monday the 9th.

We are super excited to have the new Apogee Sound Club record at the pressing plant right now. The record will be released on Saturday, July 7th at the Record release show at Thrillhouse. Apogee Sound Club is a USE (Underground Sonic Energy) band that

includes members of The Reaction, 50 Million and a slew of other great bands. The four song EP will be available for the first time at the show and the next day you will be able to order it from right here.

New Tapes!
Well one really. For Pine Away's last show with Brandt, we made tapes of the previously digital only demos from back in March. The Fantastic Figures cassette has also been printed again with a new cover. Both tapes are pretty limited but are available through the web site for $3 each (shipping included).

Both can also be listened to on the internet. Just check out Pine Away or Fantastic Figures.

Back in February of 2011, Fullyintercoastal released a very limited run of Fantastic Figures "The Embarkation" cassette tapes as FIC-0.004. The cassette was a collection of four songs that had been worked on by Pete of PINE AWAY for a number of years, recorded in various kitchens, bedrooms and practice spaces

and employing whatever was at hand to make what might sound like a full band. It's esentially what Pete's band might sound like if there were four of him.

While the cassette is not currently in print, the four song release is available for download from the Fantastic Figures bandcamp page for 3 bucks (you can listen to the whole thing there for free as well).

Pine Away, in an attempt to prove their professionalism, recently recorded some demos for an upcoming full-length LP. The guys spent a couple of weeks in late February and early March working things out and when it was all over they felt like three of the songs turned out sounding really good. You can check out those

three songs at their bandcamp page.

The band plans to head over to Oakland in mid-May to record their record with Bart Thurber at House of Faith. With some luck, the record will be out on Fullyintercoastal in July or August.

New Rad Cloud video is up and looks super good. Aaron Rietz took a trip down the coast with Sarah and Bob while they played some shows, hung out and had a general good time. See more of Aarons work at his Vimeo site.

Dec. 30, 2010 - The new Rad Cloud CD, Super Kung Fu, is out today and to celebrate, the band is playing a release party tonight at Amnesia in San Francisco. Check out the title track on the Rad Cloud page and if you can't make the show, you can order the CD from us at the fullyintercoastal releases page or see the

band play every Wednesday night in January at Cafe Van Kleef in Oakland.

Rad Cloud are starting off December with a short trip down the coast. Starting at Cafe Van Kleef in Oakland on the first, down to Santa Barbara on the second and in Avila Beach on the third. Jameson will be playing with the band at Santa Barbara and Avila Sarah and Bob will be back in San Francisco at the end of the month for a show at Amnesia on Thurday the 30th.

Update - The Avila show has been cancled but don't fear, the Cloud will be playing in San Luis on that day instead. Check back for further information.

Rad Cloud is playing on Friday, October 8th at amnesia on Valencia at 20th. They'll be playing with Blank Tapes, Ryan Parks, Tall Tales and the Silver Lining. It may look something like this. The band has also recently finished recording a new LP with Charles Gonzalez (he did their first LP and plays bass).
